 Shaid Khan Afridi  popularly knows as Boom Boom Afridi was born on  1 March 1980 in Khyber Agency. Shaid Afridi Cricket Career starts in  October 1996 at just the age of 16. He was drafted into Pakistan Odi team as a Leg spinner as a replacement of Injured Mushtaq Ahmed during the  Sameer Cup 1996-1997. He was a great All Rounder. He played in all three Formats of Cricket. He is the only player in history who creates the world record in his Ist International Inning. Afridi  settled a record of Fastest Century in the Cricket History for First Time.

Shahid Afridi cricket career

The Great Shaid Afridi International  Odi career  starts  at a very small age of 16 in October 1996. He made his Debut in Odi  on 2nd October in 1996. He make the world record in his Ist International innings.Boom Boom Afridi played on no 3 against Srilanka and build the record of fastest century on just 37 balls. He made his test Debut  on 22 November 1998.During the First ever test between Pak and India  he scored 141 runs on just 191 runs.He also took 5 Wickets in same match on just 54 runs.In ICC T20 world cup the Boom Boom also set  some great records to his name. He became the First player to scored Half_Century in run chase of T20 Final.He become only player who take a wicket and scored a Half_Century in T20 Final.Moreover he is only player who is set a man of match as well as man of Series in T20 World Cup.After winning the T20 world cup of 2009 Afridi become the former Captain of T20. He was retired from test matches in 2010.He Played  27 test matches and scored 1,716 runs with the average of 36.51 and also took 48 wickets.He played in 398 ODI and scored 8064 with the batting average of 23.57 and took 395 wickets. He became the part of Pakistan team in 98 T20 international  and scored 1450 runs with the batting average of 18.01 and took  97 wickets.
